Success Unlimited is governed by a board of directors that promotes a goal of achieving the highest level of self-sufficiency for each individual regardless of the nature of their identified disability.

The goal of Success Unlimited is to assist in achieving the highest level of independence possible for each person while offering adequate support to maintain long-term employment and/or independent living. Services offered are based on individual skills and tailored to meet the needs of each individual & their employer.

Success Unlimited provides community based job training and support for people with all types of disabilities who require assistance in finding and keeping a job. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria, established by Vocational Rehabilitation, for job coaching support services, are referred to Success Unlimited, Inc.

Success Unlimited provides residential support services for people with developmental disabilities who reside in their own apartments and require minimal assistance to maintain independent living. Individuals who are eligible for developmental disabilities case management services may be referred for up to three hours of residential support per week.

Success Unlimited provides community based day support services for people with developmental disabilities who require a high level of support as they prepare to enter the work force. This work readiness training consists of a combination of supervised paid employment & volunteer activities. Hours of supported activities vary, based on individual needs & may range up to 40 hours per week.
